Summer Reading Registration Is Now Open!
The children's summer reading program runs from July 11th through August 8th, every Friday at 10am. Please register at the library to join in crafts, activities, special guests and prizes.
The teen summer reading program is open to tweens and teens ages 11-18. Stop by the library to register and pick up your reading log. Reading may begin on July 11th. Every time you read 5 hours or more, bring your reading log into the library to receive your raffle tickets and select a piece of candy. The pizza party and prize raffle will be held on August 8th at 7pm. Prizes this year include a snack basket, Bop It Smash, a robot desk lamp, and a secret message writing set.
The adult summer reading program is open to those 18 and up. Registration is not required- simply pick up reading entry forms from the library and turn them in by Thursday of each week to be entered into the raffle. Prize winners will be notified each Friday. Reading may begin July 11th, and prizes will be given on July 18th, July 25th, August 1st and August 8th. Prizes this year include a travel journal, an LED travel magnifier, a relaxation lamp, and an "out of print books" coaster set.
